Our construction costs are less because our walls, or panel system, of our Polyurethane Housing is monolithic, as compared to traditional housing which has walls built in multiple parts.
The insulation (R-value) of our Polyurethane Housing panels are 40 R, as compared to a 4 inch wall which has a 20 R-value, or a 6 inch wall which has a 30 R-value.
Our Polyurethane Housing panels have a PSI of over 5000, as compared to concrete in housing which is approximately 3500 PSI.
Our Polyurethane Housing system is modular and portable, and can be assembled in the manufacturing plant or directly on the site.
We can change mold plates within a few hours, which allows us to change the outside and even inside designs of the panels. The panels also allow for varying square footage and interior layouts.
The chemistry that we developed, and which will used in the housing, is a closed-cell foam technology with extinguishing properties.

Polyurethane foam technology is resistant to heat and is flame retardent. Here we compare with other foam materials used today. Notice that the flame does not spread.
