Starting in 1990, Richard Steinke's goal was to make an automobile tire free from defects, but had the capability of traveling as an "air no-air" tire. This will not allow the tire to have any catastrophic failures when in use. It took many years to invent the manufacturing equipment package in order to fulfill Richard's dreams of a perfect tire. Polyurethane Chemical Formulas, Inc., is proud to announce that we are at that stage.
Tom Brokaw sent Mike Taibbi to investigate whether the Polyurethane Auto Tire could challenge rubber, and even drove a Corvette with the Polyurethane tires. They even drilled holes in the sides of the tires and drove through an obstacle course. The car drove smoothly.
Lee Iacocca says how Polyurethane Auto Tire technology will innovate the tire industry as we know it.
We are currently talking with financial institutions for the funding of a facility which will be located in the San Antonio, Texas, area.
